There is a stylish living area to enjoy, and the verandah and garden offer a tranquil opportunity to soak up the Central Otago atmosphere and sun. Characteristic rocky outcrops of Mat and Ro’s surrounding sheep farm provide the perfect view to cap off the day.
Pine Grove’s feature claw foot bath will be a blessing for the aches and pains, for those in need of a touch of pampering.
The modern, country style kitchen enables guests to self cater, or instead, why not enjoy a fabulous meal provided by your hosts. Also available is BBQ food and all meals require prior notice.
Guests can also purchase beer, Central Otago wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
Just 4k.m’s from the Hyde Railway station, on the Macraes Flat Road, Mat and Ro offer free pick up from the Hyde township for rail trail guests, and also farm tours are available by request.
